Payments for services are due in full upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. 4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee unless otherwise agreed. ElectricsFixed Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any service due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible.
5. Liability and Guarantees
All work carried out by ElectricsFixed Ltd is backed by our quality guarantee. If any issues arise due to faulty workmanship, we will rectify the problem free of charge within the guarantee period, typically 12 months.
